- Submit the accomplished application form together with the complete requirements to the Records and Admissions Office (RAO), 2nd Floor, Schutten Bldg. for evaluation.
- Proceed to the Guidance Office on the scheduled testing day at least 15 minutes before the test.
- Proceed to the Department Head/Subject Area Coordinator/ Program Coordinator ‘s Office for the admission interview. If you passed the interview, you will be given an Endorsement for Enrollment Form.
- Submit the Endorsement Form for Enrollment to the Records and Admissions Office (RAO)
- Have your fees assessed and pay at the Finance Office.
- Proceed to the ICT Office to have your photo taken for your Student Identification Card (ID).

- Fill-out the application form for the updating of information.
- Have your fees assessed and pay at the Finance Office.
- Proceed to the ICT Office to have your photo taken for your Student Identification Card (ID).

Fill-out the Registration Form (available at www.sjcqc.edu.ph) and attach the required documents for evaluation. You will receive an e-mail notification about the schedule of the admission test and interview. If the result is satisfactory, you will be given an endorsement form for enrollment.
- Assessment of Fees
Choose Plan of Payment (cash, monthly, quarterly) and Mode of Payment (onsite payment, Security Bank, Palawan remittance center, Gcash). You will receive an e-mail on the assessment of fees from the Finance Office.
- Payment of Fees
Pay tuition fee based on the assessment made and send a clear copy of your deposit/transaction slip with your child/ward’s name to finance@sjcqc.edu.ph. You will receive receipt of payment and confirmation of enrollment once your payment has been verified.
