ABM
ABM is the short term for Accountancy, Business and Management. ABM strand is under the Academic Track of K-12 Program. This is perfect for those inclined in Mathematics and to those people who wants to enter the world of business. The Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) strand would focus on the basic concepts of financial management, business management, corporate operations, and all things that are accounted for Accountancy, Business, and Management
GAS
GAS is the short term for General Academic strand. It is under the Academic Track of K-12 program. This is perfect for those students who are still unsure and want to keep their option open. The GAS strand is good for them. This strand includes courses related to all other strands . These said they will have the advantage of exploring different interests they have in mind. Gas strand courses and subjects include social sciences, disaster preparedness, humanities and the like.
HUMSS
It is designed for students who are interested in pursuing a career in social sciences, humanities, and other related fields. In this article, we will discuss everything you need to know about the HUMSS strand in the Philippines. It provides them with a solid foundation in these fields and allows them to explore different career paths such as law, teaching, psychology, sociology, and many more. Additionally, the HUMSS strand is an excellent choice for students who want to develop their critical thinking and communication skills.
STEM
STEM Strand – The Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Strand (STEM). Aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in STEM fields. It focuses on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills that are essential in these fields. Provide students with a solid foundation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. It covers a wide range of topics, including biology, physics, chemistry, computer science, and mathematics. The curriculum also includes hands-on activities, laboratory experiments, and research projects to help students develop practical skills.
ADT
The Arts and Design Track covers a wide range of art forms: Theater, Music, Dance, Creative Writing, Visual Arts, and Media Arts. There is art/creative talent assessment and guidance to gauge a student’s art inclination and aptitude. The track has six general or common subjects that focus on acquiring competencies required for further specialization in the different artistic areas. Aims to forge their knack and passion to turn their artistic pursuits into careers while harnessing technical skills for modern application.
