Admission Requirements (New Students/Transferees only) For first year and second year applicants: Certified true copy of Report card with at least the 1st quarter academic ratings duly signed by the Principal or Adviser. For third year applicants: Unofficial Form 137 or certified true copy of the Report Card from 1st year to 2nd year.
The applicant's average should be at least 80% and with no failing grades in any subjects.
Letter of recommendation from the Principal of the school last attended or Certification of Good Moral Character from the Officer of Student Affairs or Adviser of the school last attended. Two new, identical 1x1 ID photos. Payment of examination or testing fee
