ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (For New Pupils/ Transferees Only)

Grade I : should be six years old at the opening of classes in June. (As per Dep. Ed. Memo)
Kinder : 5 years old in June
Pre – Kinder: 4 years old in June

Birth Certificate duly registered and validated by the National Statistics Office (photocopy only). Present original copy for verification.

Baptismal Certificate with the Parish Priest’s Signature (photocopy only)
Three new, identical 1”x 1” I.D. photos
Certified true copy of available grades or report card duly signed by the Principal or the Registrar.
Letter of recommendation or certification of good moral character from the Principal or the Guidance Counselor.
Payment of testing fee

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Special Study Permit (SSP) from the Bureau of Immigration
Order of Recognition as Filipino (for those with dual citizenship)
Authenticated copy of grades and certification of grade level that the student has completed
